I'm interested in finding out more about the room available in your apartment. I'm a 24-year old female, a PT intern at a non-profit and a PT nanny. I'm moving from my current situation somewhat prematurely because my roommate couldn't afford next month's rent, but I want to stay in this area at least through the summer. I'm an introvert who likes people, and I love art, good food, good drink, books, and writing. not a great fan of living with smokers (cigarettes or otherwise)--but I love considerate, communicative, neat roommates. I have my own furniture at this point.

I have a great and comfortable room available in a Clinton Hill residence in Brooklyn. I am moving out tomorrow to a new place closer to my work, and I've already paid for the rest of the month. You can move in tomorrow and not pay until March 1st!
