show at Covenant

Artist Meredith Ridl will bring her show “Wake” to the Dora Maclellan Brown Memorial Chapel vestibule January 18 through February 20. Her canvas paintings are evolutions, sparse reminders of the things around us that fall apart, as well as those that hold together. With her work, Ridl hopes to lead her viewers into quiet discovery of what remains out of our moving and shifting daily lives.

Following the opening reception on January 18, the artist will present a slide lecture in the chapel. All of these events are open to the public and are free of charge. Those interested are also invited to attend lunch with the artist.

Mrs. Ridl will also host a portfolio workshop for all Covenant art majors.
